My expertise and perspective

Experience

As a mama, I went through my own postpartum return to exercise journey. I experienced the ups and downs of relearning my body and its capabilities.

I have 15 years as a fitness coach and 11 years as a dietitian under my belt; this time has given me a solid foundation to guide myself, and other women, during this exciting and challenging time of our lives!

Education

My personal experience with birth and the months that followed lead me to expand my career training from dietetics and general personal training to dive further into pre and postnatal fitness specifically.

In addition to my past degree in Exercise Science, MS in Food Policy, and dietetic credential, I had received my certification as a pre and postnatal fitness coach from Girls Gone Strong.

Passion

After having my daughter I fell out of love with my work as “just a dietitian”. Discovering my passion to guide women during their postpartum period was refreshing- to my mind, body and soul!

Fitness is empowering! I am happy to be a resource for women seeking to regain strength and confidence in their bodies., while keeping up with their baby-filled lives.
