Preset plan for those who have already finished the Return to Exercise program, or similar, for 3 or more months and are ready to step it up!

Core & Mobility

Includes 12 workouts to accompany either postpartum workout, emphasizing additional core (cue pelvic floor work!) and mobility movements.

For those who run, or want to run, I highly recommend using this add on. It will ensure your body is as ready as your mind for the extra load and intensity running puts on your pelvic floor.
